3/4" Ply wood window frames...did I mention the plane weighed 850 lbs before tear down.
Again more 3'4" ply wood for the skylight windows...

Gluing in a custom headliner sewn by Air Tex. The headliner was copied from Don Claude's very nice BC12-D.
Finish is Randolph Butyrate dope, Daytona white and Eagle blue.
