The owners said that when this little dog had puppies, the glands in both eyes popped out. (She was probably pregnant by a big male and it's surprising that she didn't die while giving birth.) After spaying her, Dr. Tello fixed the glands in both eyes.
These dogs will soon be awake and ready to go home.
