Spending time at La Esperanza Farm is a family affair! The families working the fields learn the practices of soil maintenance and crop rotation in order to protect the fertility of their land.
Local farmers markets are an ideal outlet for the produce cultivated at La Esperanza Farm by families participating in the Adelante Agricultura Program. Farmers markets provide the farmers with valuable experience in creating product displays, setting prices, and in relating to customers.
