Duck Hunters. In the early days of Somers Point a great many people worked around the Bay, These Bayman made a living doing whatever the season provided, Some worked as guides for wealthy sportsman that would come here to go fishing and hunting from the big cites. Local Bayman even carved there own Duck Decoys to use in this service or sell them. The Sportsman stayed in our local Hotels that even provided there meals. This Photo is an important record of a life that is long past and just about forgotten. Bill Carr
