Circle of Giving members conducted a supply drive for the Phillips Neighborhood Clinic in Minneapolis by helping to collect donations and raising awareness of health disparities.
In January 2010, group members went to Chicago to volunteer at shelters, cook and serve meals for people in need, and visit the University of Chicago for a panel discussion on poverty.
In fall 2009, Circle of Giving members packaged meals for Kids Against Hunger.
In April 2010, Circle of Giving held a bone marrow registry drive on the Washington Ave. Bridge. Seventy-five donors signed up in less than three hours.
Circle of Giving members participated in the University of Minnesota’s “Paint the Bridge” event, in which each student group painted bridge panels along the Washington Avenue Bridge.

In April 2010, Circle of Giving members made malaria awareness bracelets and sold them to raise money to purchase mosquito nets to help prevent the spread of malaria.
In February 2010, members hosted a bake sale to raise money for the Haiti earthquake recovery efforts.
Circle of Giving members participated in the 2009 Hand in Health 5K Race, raising money for a Minneapolis-based group that promotes quality health care and education in Gambia, West Africa.
