This is Mid June!!!
Deer coming at us
He spots us. This one has been in a nasty fight, check that hole in the neck
Where are you going?
YIKES!!! The deer is swimming across the river
Not quite the highest we have ever seen it but darn close. The right end of the bridge is submerged.
Toulumne Falls Video
Washed out pic(Pun Intended) There is a pantload of water coming down. The swamp is going to be very high
Heading into the swamp - Note the water level - wait until you see it on the way back.
Dang, the water level was high enough to lift these onto the trail!!!

great Waterfall, very rare to see this one
Some serious snow runoff filling our trail
The Bears are out
The Swamp.... Normally this is nice and dry, but the river has come up so high it has flooded the area
This is serious - That is the trail under heavy water flow. The pole just to the right of center is George hiking ahead of me
On the way down in the AM the water was calf high, now it is has risen to be above the knees
Glen Aulin Bridge - Notice how it drops down, bet the right side is under serious water -
By September the water is ankle high and you can walk across it
White Cascade at Glen Aulin
There is a huge rock being obscured by water - Amazing
Why is this washed out???
Toulumne Falls - without question my favorite waterfall in the park
This is much steeper than the picture portrays, a slip and you are history destined to end up smashed to smithereens as you tumble down the river
See what I mean?
