Adding to the neckline to make CFs cross higher up. For some reason, I decided to slash and spread, but it should work to just draw a new neckline too. You want to make sure that the top of the CF mark on the pattern will end high up enough in relation to the bust -- remember also that there's going to be 5/8" taken off to hem the neckline.
I copied the new neck cutting line to the right front piece after this.
(In case it isn't clear, the shoulder seam is at the top of the photo, armscye at the upper right, side seam at the right and partially out of the picture, and neckline at the left with an extra piece of paper taped underneath. The edge on the lower right becomes a waist seam once the extension at lower left is twisted.)
* added a wedge at upper back for high round back, and also because there was little or no upper back shaping in the pattern
* removed a wedge above the waist, and added it back below, for sway back/additional back waist shaping
* added a size at the hip, blending to nothing at the underarm
