Il Presidente Pizza.
A visit from the White House inspired us to create this special pizza, we named “Il Presidente”, to satisfy The President’s love of spicy food. Honoring Tutta Bella founder Joe Fugere’s heritage, the pizza is topped with hot Calabrian chiles along with Seattle’s own Mama Lil’s pickled peppers, locally made Isernio’s Italian sausage, extra virgin olive oil, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, basil and grana padano.
Cooking an authentic Neapolitan Pizza:
The cooking of the pizza must take place on the surface of the oven and not in any pan or container. The oven must be wood burning and structured in a bell shape and of special internal brick with the floor of the pizza oven constructed of stone with at least five inches (13mm) thickness. The oven must be fired with wood and kindling.

Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria, has received
its Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) certification, joining an elite group of only 10 US restaurants and 198 worldwide that have been recognized by the Italian government as being authentic Neapolitan pizzerias. Created in Naples, Italy, a Vera Pizza Napoletana, or “True Neapolitan Pizza” is a thin crust, fire-roasted pizza using only the freshest ingredients.
Tutta Bella founder, Joe Fugere is a certified pizzaiolo, having studied pizza making under the auspices of the VPN in Naples and Los Angeles (where the US office of the VPN is located).
