George SW3IBS turns the boom to properly align the quad spreaders.
The motor attached onto the crank-up telescopic tower.
The tower has 4 sections 3m each and it's 10,8m at its full extended height. The maximum height where the antenna boom in mounted is 12m.

A plastic protective cap is placed to top for protection. All tubes are aluminium 45mm dia. Exhaust clamps are 45mm dia.
Element to spreader attachment.
A hose clamp secures the small orange, double-walled piece of rubber gas hose onto the spreader. The element (1mm multi-strand, copper wire, not insulated) is passing through the blue insulated tube (2mm dia) freely (FLOATING). There are 2 turns of PVC insulating tape at the point where the hose clamp is mounted onto the spreader, to prevent damage of the painted surface and "soften" the pressure onto the spreader (bamboo poles).
