End of the 3rd excursion, . . . several detours due to poor weather and safe snowmobile routes, but an incredible day!
Gearing up for our last excursion. This time we wore avalanche beacons (item strapped around trunk) due to the high risks in the area of our journey.

And the day before leaving... it was the coldest day I have experienced, -30 C. Quite an adventure!
One night, I watched the "northern lights" for about two hours! All in all, it was an entirely incredible experience!
