Mrs Walk's class, my class at Portchester Northern infants school... Can you see you? I remember about half of the names.
Mum and Dad and me. I'm the baby.
Granddad and me at 26 Felix Road, dad says
Me and Nan in their back garden in Portchester. I'm pretty new here I would say...
Mum, Dad and me, nice chops Dad! Same place as that last shot with Grandma, check the sofa.
Mum, Dad, and me, are we all off to a wedding? Nan and Grandad's back garden in Portchester, that's the allotments and the sea behind us.
Bath time, in front of the fire. Was this during the war??? I think Mum and Dad made that rug themselves. This picture really looks like Harry but it's me.
Not looking happy, where is that? Is that strange grate any clue? Looks so much older than the other pictures, think it's just the paper it's on though.
Me, maybe in our flat?
Me, Nan and Grandad's back garden, looks a bit cold
Grandma and me, guessing it would be somewhere in Gosport, but no idea if that's their house in Parham Road or not.
Me and Tracey.
Me and Trudy
Just me, up nice and close!
Me and Grandma, in their back garden in Parham Road. Love the massive gas tank thing looming over the back garden wall...
Me and Uncle David, fantastic facial hair again (him, not me)
Tracey and me, at Pontins in September 1973 according to the note on the back of the picture
Me, Mum and Dad, fresh from a catalogue modelling job by the looks of it. In Nan and Grandad's back garden
Mum and me. Has the look of a holiday...
A classic of me, shame about that wrinkle in the original pic. Guessing at 1972
Someone's wedding, at Portchester Castle, guessing at 1973... aha Mike's wedding, that's his army uniform hat.
Grandma, Grandad and me, at a wedding again, DAMN shame about that crease :-(
Grandad and me, in their back garden in Castle View Road, Portchester.
Dad, me, a horse, a beach, somewhere...
Ali and me, where though? London somewhere, maybe Camden or Kings Cross Water Rats.
I 'ad 'undred packets in a day once!
The Frog and Frigate in Southampton, must be about 1990. Is that Pat the landlord of the time sat in the downstairs window?
Some graffiti down Wicor Rec. No idea who could have done this.
Group shot, just after the end of college I suppose, in Sophie's garden. Was this the last time I saw some of these people? Totally guessing on the date of this, 1989 or 1990 maybe.
Chris and Del
Del and Chris
I made that t-shirt for Dave (known as Fido)'s birthday I think.
Chris Mills. The photo on the side tells me we must have been at Sophie's house
John Rainey, my great-grandfather.
Thundercats HO! I painted this... poor grasp of anatomy, where is the other arm meant to be?
Scanned in poster of the Leas Cliff Hall 1975
Scanned in from NME... not sure why I am in this picture.
Who are these people? And where is this? Possibly Alcudia, Majorca. It's an old photo I found says "Jul 98" on the back so I'll have to track back from there. Found other pictures that are definitely Egypt which was 1999.
Date on the back of the original is September 1997, on a night out in Camden I would guess. I think they were my sunglasses.
Me reading "Cycle of Violence" while waiting for Clare to get ready, on our holiday to Alcudia 1998. Hmm actually she is probably ready now seeing as she must be taking the photo.
On holiday in Egypt, July 1999. From the days before we had a digital camera, and we used to buy a disposable camera.
Guessing this is in a restaurant on holiday in Egypt, 1999 (because the date on the back of the original says July '99 and that's the same top she's wearing by the Nile!)
Looks like a fake backdrop doesn't it? But it's really Clare by the Nile, July 1999.
Me by the Nile, on holiday in 1999
Pelican in the hotel in Egypt.
Can't remember the occasion but we had a big pub crawl around Folkestone. This bar is gone now, replaced by Rocksalt.
On a pub crawl, here at the Ship Inn, Folkestone Harbour. Facial hair tells me it must be around the end of July 2002 as I grew it for Tracey's 30th party.
Invitation to my grandfather's cousin's wedding. Of note outside of the family because Charles Valentine Clarke and Ada Maria Clarke (nee Winfield) were aboard The Titanic. She survived, he did not. Dad bought this on ebay, I could (and maybe already have) upload a better scan...
Me outside our house (or was it a flat) at 26 Felix Road.
Outside Trevor and Linda's wedding I think, so about twenty years ago.
Dom pushing Clare on a swing
More graffiti, from about 1988 I would guess. Clearly by someone who can't draw hands, even when they don't have many fingers.
Clare and her mum, Dover cliffs?
The only photo I have from either of my trips to New York, this is a sheet of stickers I got from a photo booth in the World Trade Centre in the late 1990s.
Kev, Dom, and grandparents, Clare thinks this is Broadstairs
Mullet, denim jacket, badges, what a dude! On the train going to London to see The Primitives at the Town and Country so this must be 23/11/89
Harry Elliott (Clare's granddad) when he was landlord of the Bouverie Arms in Folkestone.
Me and my first car, 1991 I suppose. Looks like I'm going to work, must be a first day, I didn't wear a tie much.
Harry Elliott, Clare's granddad
Me at Phoenix Festival, 1995, I think Salad were on the main stage when this picture was taken. Ace lineup, I had a huge poster of this event that I think I left in our flat in Putney.
Probably stood outside St Paul's church in Dover, Jim, Dom, Kev, and Clare in arms...
Clare and her dad
Jim and Clare? Broadstairs?
Guessing this is in the Bouverie Arms, Folkestone too
No idea, just in a bundle of old photos I took from Jim. Looks like they're on holiday somewhere
Jim's head on a table somewhere
Most likely Joan Elliott and her children Jeff, Veronica, and Pauline
Kev, when he was a vampire.
Pauline on her wedding day, aged 18, with her dad.
Scan of a postcard showing Samuel Rainey (and his family?) standing outside the Moulders Arms, Salford, circa 1912... Olla Podrida is the name (nickname?) of the person who sold this card on ebay at some point...
This looks like a hostage picture to me
Clare's Gran second from right at the back and her Grandpa front centre.
Clare's grandpa and gran, Harry and Joan Elliott
Pauline and Clare
Clare, posed, looks a bit professional, maybe something to do with the Dover Express newspaper
Dom in Henry V
Jim on holiday
Jim and pigeons, Trafalgar Square maybe?
Joan Elliott (nee Joan Pentony)
Joan and Harry Elliott, in Brussells by the looks
The Mahon family eating al fresco
Pauline (second right) receiving a darts trophy
Looks like Pauline on the right, not sure about the left, doesn't look like Veronica
Uncle Terry's graduation
