The shop and office at Rick's home in the country near Anderson, CA. Three man operation.
Rick was grilling brats and offered lunch while I waited. Rick also gave me a tour of his property including the house, chicken pen (collected two eggs), and dove aviary. A beautiful country setting.

Stock foam carved away and three different foam densities glued in place. Final shape is carved with power carving knife and abrasive wheels. Every cut was surgical precision.
