Going through some old photos, and I found this one of my oldest boy and myself when he was a baby. Little stinker.
I rarely photograph kids, especially as there are so many people better at it than I am, but here is one I took of my youngest son a few years ago....

Yesterday was my first day of actually using my camera for work in 2016. When I started out in professional photography I thought I'd be out shooting every day, but that is rarely the case when the emphasis is on sales, marketing and the day-to-day operations of running a company. Yesterday I was up in the mountains getting some landscape shots, as well as concentrating on getting botanical shots (particularly conifers - needles and bark shots), the kind of images that sell really well for various publications that are really focused on particular species, and I took my wife and kids with me. I got this shot as my youngest was hamming it up while my wife was fixing the gloves of my other son in the background. First newly edited shot of 2016! www.leightonphotography.com
