The grand old firehouse, in not so grand condition.
The outside of the firehouse. A bit scary.
Looking in from the front doors.
Standing in the front door of the firehouse.
It's a lot bigger than you'd think.
Daniel (the firehouse caretaker) and Steve talk about the history of the building.
Steve in front of the Ghostbusters cabinets! They're still here!
There's lots of stuff lying around. Sad.
Steve posing with his baby Ecto.
Steve's car parked in Ecto-1's spot. Not too shabby!
Lockers near the front door.
The lockers near the front door. These were NOT the ones used by the Ghostbusters.
This is where they used to dry off the firehoses.
Looking over the front door. The wood is a lighting platform for movie shoots.
The right side of the entrance.
Steve standing in "Pete Venkman's office". The mini stage behind me has nothing to do with "Ghostbusters". The office was just a set. This is some sort of stage they use for local performances.
Hey, we should sleep here tonight. You know, to try it out!
Steve next to the cabinets used in the movie.
In this picture, you can see the back wall of the firehouse.
The poles were taken out long ago. Damnit!
Looking toward the back of the building. Man, this place is huge!
A good view of where Janine's desk was.
No Ghostbusters to be found, but a lot of puddles from all the rain pouring in through the roof.
These are the stairs leading down into the basement, where the Ecto Containment Unit was!
Marci in the basement. The unit behind her is visible in the movie when Pete Venkman when he's trying to talk Peck out of shutting the containment grid down.
Marci and Daniel talk about the movies. The containment unit was on the wall on the right (just out of view).
Stairs leading up to second floor.
The stairs leading up to the second floor. The picture doesn't do it justice -- this place was creepy!
The dressing room on the second floor (back side of building). Somehow, I don't think the turtle paint job is original.
This room is right at the top of the staircase, on the second floor (behind a door).
Steve scoping out the place.
Steve in the kitchen. Pretty small considering how big the building is. It's on the second floor, in the back - next to the locker room.
In the kitchen, looking the other way (toward the back of the building).
The main room on the second floor. It's big!
They shot a bunch of scenes in this room. Including the part where they interview Dana about seeing Zuul.
They also shot the dancing toaster scene here. I'll just try to block that out of my memory.
Don't remember what this room is called, but it's at the front of the building on the second floor. In the movie, I believe they put the Ghostbuster beds in here.
Standing against the windows at the front of the building, looking back into the main room (on the second floor).
The only pole left in the building. It goes from the Captain's Quarters on the third floor, down to the second floor. It pays to be in charge!
Hey, do this pole still work???
Know why I'm smiling? Because they shot one of my favorite scenes right here -- where the Ghostbusters get their first call. The videogames were lined up on the right side of the wall behind me.
This magnificent feast here represents the LAST of the petty cash.
Ray, Egon? Anybody home?
Captain's Quarters on the third floor. Amazingly, it's the nicest looking part of the entire place.
Sean Bishop informs me that they shot the birthday party scene from "Ghostbusters 2" in this room. Nifty!
One of the many long hallways through the place.
Looking down onto Peter Venkman's office.
On the stairs, looking down onto the first floor.
