Waiting on Jet Blue from Orlando
Last day of 8 days or rain. Mud slides, deep rivers, and washed out bridges and roads made travel slow going.
This it the Rio Tarcoles (aka - the Crocodile Bridge). It is about 400% above the normal level
The normal 1.5 hrs trip to Jaco took over 4 hrs.
But the day ended happily at the Surf Inn Hermosa

There is a touching story behind the statue. It's bronze and 10 to 12 feet tall. You can walk to it at low tide.
