Here is the nice grassy area where the shop is going to go
Sod gone (Craigslist "FREE sod" ad worked!)
Shell of the building is done
Kate playing in the construction mud
The 50amp electrical, gas, sewer and water trench, that goes to the house. Also there is a 1.5" black pipe for pushing things like Ethernet to the house.
Vapor Barrior, steel mesh, and Pex down. See the spots with no Pex for the 2-post lift to mount?
In floor heat manifolds and bathroom roughout in the corner.
Jack sweeping up dust from concrete joint cuts
Front view, gutters done, gravel mostly leveled around it
Side view... on the left side you can see the 2x2 exhaust fan hood.
Street view. Tucks right in there.
Nice view to see coming home
Inside.. fits my car hauler no problem
12' 9" from floor to ceiling. Plenty of height for a 2-post lift.
Hard to see them but in the center post is the door openers, they attach to the wall and jackshaft instead of hanging from the ceiling.
Already getting messy. This shows the "skywalk" we put in so we can climb around the attic to blow in insulation.
Future warmth hookups
Kind of cool picture from when Popejoy's were putting in the sewer pipe.
Shot of service entrace before concrete
