Loops of Kelty spider line pulled through for deck fittings
Force is needed to pull the loops through the small hole. I use a dowel with the line wrapped around it to pull the loops through
Once the loops are through they seal the hole
This pod came with the boat, is nice, however, it lifts the deck lines off the boat making the bungees worthless for every thing else.
I don't know what this is and why its on the boat.
Pop rivets are used on lots of the deck fitting.
It's got to go.
To help run bungees under deck fittings pull the nylon back and expose the rubber.
Remove some of the rubber.
Pull the nylon back over the rubber for a tappered end.
I poured Tap Plastic's foam into the bow, just 12"

Styrofoam is much lighter than the Tap Plastic foam
Tap Plastic's two part foam

Removed large D handle and hardware to make more room for my combat paddle
The stock bungees are garbage, replaced with better ones.
1/4 drip irrigation tubing is used to make grabbing the deck line easier
Foam replaces the poorly designed back band
I made a small combat paddle for the front deck
Five pounds of hardware was removed from the Fusion
