Long Trail Inn at Shelburne Pass Hwy 4. Great place to stay plus a lot of history here. At least go in and look at the pictures from 100 yrs ago! Parking lot for access to Pico Peak.
1st Comm tower on Pico Peak. Verizon cell coverage is great!
There's a "hidden" trail past the 2nd Comm Tower to this view to the west on Pico.

The Long Trail joins the AT at this sign half way between Pico and Killington.
Cooper Lodge on AT. 0.2 miles to the top of Killington. A lot of these bunkhouses along the AT and LT for hikers.

Comm systems at the top of Killington. A lot of VHF antennas on the right tower. Lots of pulse-type noise from these antennas causing front-end overload on the K1.
Intersection of LT and the AT. Go right for the LT back to the Long Trail Inn parking lot.
