We hiked in around 10:30am to the Spaghetti Western wall. The river and valley floor were in the shade and the north facing slopes snowy.
A nice frozen river to walk across in the morning. By the late afternoon it was full flowing again forcing us to ford the river in sandals (or do some dicey hops on rocks)

Getting ready to ford the stream in the afternoon
There was about three or four inches of water running over the ice. Refreshing.
Dicey log crossings handled in style
One last log crossing and we're home free
