I had been on most of the routes in the Pogue's Cave area but hadn't climbed this one-move wonder, Buzz Lightyear (5.11c). A dynamic move over a bulge down low to easier and enjoyable climbing above.
Allison and I both wanted to spend more time on Technowitch (5.12a) on the Enchanted Tower proper. Allison punching through the crux on a late day ascent
Hagen going for the flash of Technowitch (5.12a)
I really like this shot. Hagen moving into the route's crux.
A few more pumpy pulls to the top
The next day Hunter got started on Rapunzel's Revenge (5.8)
Hagen gets a little contorted on Hippogriff (5.11d) on the Tower's south/east side
Pulling hard at the route's crux
Claudia in the crux of Hippogriff (5.11d)
In the afternoon we chased the shade and found some on Ooey Gooey (5.11a)
Really cool and prolific pockets that aren't sharp
The belay slave
A gratitious shot of me. Ooey Gooey.
A view from the back of Pogue's Cave as Hagen gets near horizontal on Pogue's Arete (5.11b)
