At the airport in Kathmandu - "Mountain!" That's us
Smallest plane ever. 20 peeps total.
Looking dapper before we take off - heading to lukla airport aka world's DEADLIEST airport
First view of extreme-awesome-ohmigod mountains
Early to bed (actually, like 7pm), then early to rise (actually, like 4am). This was the day I saw Everest for the 1st time.
Our fav little town on the trip - a hot shower for $5? Me thinks so.
My IDOL - He came 7th in the Everest MARATHON. I repeat, EVEREST MARATHON PEOPLE.
Group shot! Still looking relatively groomed. Relatively.
Nom. Nom. Nommmmmm.
Two Canadians and an Australian.
Poor job of pointing to MOUNT EVEREST.
Chillin' like a villain. NBD.
New. Life. Goal.
Self-Timed group shot - waiting for the yaks to pass through.
A porter. They carry up to 120kg (yes kg, NOT pounds, but kg) on their backs. And then get paid 50 rupees/kg. It was sad to see.
Getting up there...
