This is the point where the Lower Wolf Jaw runout meets the UWJ slide runout.
3 main slab sections from the main jumble of blow-down below.
Looking back down first pitch.
Approaching the diagonal fault below the top slides.
Looking up the diagonal run. First 50' ledge on left.
Possible routes anyone?
Ledge becomes more tiered to the west along the gulley.
I went up the center and right side of this, then up the far side of the upper slab.
Bottom of the upper west slab.
Wet with moss...and me w/o my rock shoes.
Pitch of the upper west slab. Portions were recently cleaned, but most was old exposure.
This section is above the high rounded ledge and new. It's really an extension of the old western slab.
Far east slab above the rounded ledge. Apparently a new section of slide...very rough and loaded with debris.
Top of the new section.
Looking across new slab to the west.
This is a new slide about 150' long that crossed the UWJ path. It's about a five minute hike up to the east.
Only slab of the new slide.
