Amaseno Society President Livio Planera and__________________ celebrate the Festa di San Lorenzo in Chicago Heights in 2008. The Planera family was the core of a post World War II migration from Amaseno (Frosinone) that added hundreds from that town to the already sizeable old immigration to the Chicago Heights area. Amasenesi also settled in _____Windsor, Ontario in big numbers during that period.
