Finally succeeded at making this molten chocolate cake on my second attempt. For the Chinese reader among you, this dessert is called 心太軟 in Hong Kong
...and yet so fattening at the same time. ;-)

Strawberry Panna Cotta. Will decorate it in a different way in the next one. It was very difficult to “dump” this out from the bowl.
