From Mt. Kuring-gai GARDEN
Living on the edge of the National Park (Kuring-gai Chase NP) I can often observe variety of wildlife visiting my garden. 2 diamond pythons, one resides under the roof of my house, lots of lizards: 2 types of skinks, Blue Tongue lizards, Eastern Water Dragon, occasionally large Goanna (Laced Monitor). Last year bush turkey took permanent residence in my garden, tending his huge nest. I have seen 2 chicks leaving the nest. I moved out in April 2010 but I still have very fond memories of this place.
