Embankment bridge has two sides (between them run the rails of the tube), on the side you get to look east towards St. Paul's cathedral. This isnt a focused photo, but I still like it... probably because of the bus caught in movement. Focus was difficult to achieve as the bridge was in constant tremor (especially when a tube was on the move) and so long exposure meant unfocused photography.
The whole reason I went there. It was supposed to be a night of "super fullmoon" ... the largest full moon in 20 years... but to be honest it wasnt that impressive and didnt come up on a good angle so I couldnt include it with any buildings.
The fullmoon gave off plenty of light, this St. Paul's and on the right - Tate modern, below the Tate modern pier. This shot with 0.6 second exposure
4 second exposure (3.4 seconds extra then previous photo)... so much light more light... there is also some noise - look above the right bilding behind the bridge.
After crossing the east embankment bridge I was on the other side of the Thames under the London Eye
The rapper under the strairway (leading to the west side of the embankment pedestrian bridge), the night lamp above gave him a good choice of location

Embankment bridge is actually a prime location for some of the best views of London

I really liked the blue reflection left by the London eye on the river thames
A boat cruised under Westminster bridge, luckily I had just taken a long exposure photo so immidiatly took another one.

I am so happy with this photo, managed to catch the bus on just the right settings
One of London's most iconic land marks - St. Paul's Cathedral and the Millenium bridge leading up to it over the Thames
A long exposure used to capture the boat rushing under the bridge and padestrians crossing the bridge
The shadow of the Millenium bridge looks like spider legs. It's not every day that the Millenium bridge is lit up like this
An Advertisement was being recorded on the bridge, I was waiting for it to be over so I could take dark shot's of the St. Paul's from the bridge but then I decided to use the light to my advantage. There we're a couple of girls there enjoying their shadows... they made a perfect addition to my shadow
The advertisment was over and I was waiting for the huge projector to be dismantled. I asked the projector man when he was going to switch it off, he said a couple of minutes and offered in the mean time to point the projector at St. Paul's... the result was stunning - a blue shinning light on a St. Paul cathedral engulfed in darkness

Such a magnificent land mark, here's information about it from Wikipedia: St Paul's Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral on Ludgate Hill, the highest point in the City of London, England, and is the seat of the Bishop of London. The present building dates from the 17th century and was designed by Sir Christopher Wren. It is generally reckoned to be London's fifth St Paul's Cathedral, all having been built on the same site since AD 604. The cathedral is one of London's most famous and most recognisable sights. At 365 feet (111m) high, it was the tallest building in London from 1710 to 1962, and its dome is also among the highest in the world (from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Paul's_Cathedral).
Bicycle riders leave a red trace of light, and there's a strange arrow below the night lamps
St. Paul's cathedral from the sloping rise to the bridge. Please note I added some shadow to the photo.
Going down the slope gives St Paul's an intresting perspective...
