Tent City - The festival was in Knebworth park
Sonisphere was, for a change, a very well organized event. With two main stages that rotated the bands - the crowds moving between the two stages (the main stage on one side and the 2nd stage on the opposite), it allowed time to setup stages for bands while music was still on going from the other stage..

The sun hidding behind clouds in Knebworth park and the fan with the St. George flag walking around... i couldnt resist the oppertunity.
As always, there was an Israeli to be found in the crowd (other then me)... and so we had the Israeli embassey at sonisphere (all 3 of us!), I spotted them while waiting for Metallica and approched... they had just arrived from Australia (backpacking) and came to Sonisphere after which they were due to fly back to Israel... Globetrotting is a good thing.
The two Israeli's were on a mission to get to the front of the stage...

In the words of Jerry Cantrell (when the photo was taken) - “The Israeli hit squad does Alice!” (this was after I had a chat with him about the song “Rooster” which he wrote about his dad (that served in Vietnam) and our conversation went on to talk about Israeli's doing military service.
