At a ceremony at the US Embassy, a joyful and tearful Haddy Bajan Jesseh (wife of imprisoned Tamsir) and their two sons, Momodou and Ousman make a suprise visit.
"I can't believe it. I can't believe it," Haddy Jesseh kept saying. She learned just the night before that her husband, Tamsir, would be freed after being imprisoned for six and a half years of a twenty year sentence.
