The coach builder's info is just above the tail lamps.
It says, it was built by Hubli Regional Workshop !!! Good job.
If indeed it was built by Hubli RWS, then we must be proud of our regional workshops.

KA 01 F 2357. This ex-BMTC bus is now an NWKRTC bus. The glasses in the top window panels have all been removed.The front bumper has been replaced.
The rear now looks horrible, after all those modifications. And the pneumatic doors are also gone. !!! :(

This ex- rajahamsa is now an ordinary bus.
A brand new NWKRTC bus built by NWKRTC's own workshop at hubli. The latest batch of buses look better than the KMS built buses. Quality has improved considerably.
Finally,the quality is on par with the private coach builders now. They have tweaked that rear and it looks more proportionate now.
