Before: bedroom door would whack the closet door on left. Relished tearing out that closet! I have no words for this mess...no words.
Linoleum AND green carpet (that was throughout the house!)
Shower tile and plastic bathtub
New copper sink
Funky light found on Ebay (quite the steal at $50, since another sold for $400 the next week)
I bought new sconces for the mirror and copperleafed/crackle painted them.
I couldn't find a vanity I liked, so designed this for sweet Olin Fite to build.
Vanity center section with granite left over from Debbie's kitchen remodel!
One of the side vanity towers before ribbed glass went in
New windows as seen from bedroom
Found the stained glass window pair on Ebay and an Anderson window at just the perfect width for below. Jerry made one unit out of the 3.
Overhead light installed
Beadboard up and primed
hole cut for medicine cabinet
Still needs row of tile above beadboard
Marble mural and new tile installed
Mural and tile before grouting
New tub and hexagonal tile floor
Copper fixtures installed
Made a wee arch for the top of the tub enclosure
Vanity in! But we couldn't hook up the faucet until Jerry made a mirror. The whole thing had to be slid in snugly.
Medicine cabinet stripped, repainted and installed!
The mirror is finally in! Jerry did an amazing job.
Done, done and done.
And the coup de grace...a copper toilet handle! :-)
