You are better off choosing a 100% juice drink like Minute Maid. Nothing artificial here, just natural apple juice!
Skip the sports drinks. They usually contain a lot of calories and artificial ingredients. Plain water is a better choice!
This Organic Sweet Leaf tea has only 70 calories! Sweet and all natural!
Need something to fill you up? Trail mix is a great choice! Lots of nuts and dried fruit will fill you up and keep you energized.
Want something salty? These sunflower seeds are a great choice.
You might want to skip the beef jerky. It might satisfy your salty craving but it is much more highly processed than the sunflower seeds.
Need something sweet? Candy has lots of empty calories and tons of artificial colors and flavors.
