We went and visited the Batu Caves during some free time.
The caves are located in these large limestone walls.
The worlds tallest statue (140 feet) of Murugan, a Hindu deity.
Another big head
To get to the Batu Cave, one has to climb 127 steps
Some of the intercate statues found on one of the buidings at the entrance
Did I metion that there was a lot of monkeys here?
There were running wild around the entrance steps
Monkey and baby

It was good.
After work one evening we toured Putrajaya, the govenment center of Malaysia.
This Putrajaya was built in 1999 to relocate the goverenment offices from Kuala Lumpor. The words "putra" means "prince", and "jaya" means "success" or "victory".
The treasury building.
Perdana Putra in the distance, office of the Prime Minister
Some more cool looking buildings.
Flags outside the Putra Mosque.
Prime Minister's office.
On our last day, we got tickets to go up the Petronas Towers. This is the view from the ski bridge.
Other other town with city.
After visiting the ski bridge, we went to the top. Looking at the top of the other tower.
It is a long way down. The tower's height is 1,483 feet.
Although it was mostly cloudy out, the view were still impressive.
Petronas Tower and the KL tower.
One last view.
