I make this in hope that the t-storm would stop for our flight to CHINA!
Mark with his family
We are leaving for China
We wait in the Lambert Airport in Saint Louis
That is the plane which carries us to Los Angeles
We are in the plane to Los Angeles.
Mark has his food in the Los Angeles Airport.
Another one. The color is normal.
That is the plane which carries us to Shanghai(上海). Airbus.
A huge plane just next to ours. Korean Air
Another shot of our plane. It is sort of special, with the painting much related to the Shanghai Expo 2010.
We wait for the departure, excited and anxious. It is the last photo taken in US land on June 10.
They check our temperature, seriously. Just look at their clothes!
I am too nervous to hold the camera stable.
They check our temperature while we take pictures of them.
She(he?) is getting close to me.
One by one, none is missed.
She(he) must have got used to getting picture taken.
Mark gets checked.
It seems that a baby in the has some fever. So we have to wait there for final decision. Finally in this section people within three rows are to quarantined. Mark and I are lucky: we sit in the seventh or eighth row.
I feel sorry for those who get quarantined. Later I check that no confirmed case of swine flu in our flight so I think they won't spend seven days doing nothing.
