Backyard, with patio behind the garage, and new tree. Picture taken from the South, slightly East.

Another view of the backyard from the side of the house, showing like-new chain-link fence, and privacy shrubs against the back of the yard. The shrubs are part of this property, though the fence is on the inside for convenience. The storage shed is great for a lawnmower and other outdoor items, and is newly wired with light and outlets.

Continuing to the back, showing the East side of the house. The newly buried electrical service entrance is visible, with no more overhead wires. It's difficult to tell in this picture, but the large tree on the right-hand side of the picture is in the next yard, and isn't hanging into the shown property.

Master bathroom, recently remodeled. Has both an oversized shower and a whirlpool tub.

Close-up of the Jacuzzi-brand whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Has a built-in heater to keep the water warm while running without needing to refill with more hot water.

Large, open kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. New dishwasher and garbage disposal. New Delta kitchen faucet, with built-in retractable sprayer, and matching soap dispenser and filtered drinking water faucet. Top cabinet under sink folds down with storage for scrub pads, etc. Impressive skylight fills the kitchen with natural sunlight. Flat-top range. Refrigerator/Freezer has tempered-glass shelves, filtered water dispenser, and new ice maker. Not visible in photo is a large pantry cabinet to the right of the refrigerator.

View down the stairs, with landing, double-wide front doors, and a door to the garage. The lock on this door is new, can be opened by either a key or the electronic combination keypad, and matches the new locks on both the interior and exterior garage door.

A shorter flight of stairs leads to the basement. A large closet is visible to the right. A new Oak 6-panel door (opened and partially visible on the left) separates the basement.

First visible from the stairs is the gas fireplace downstairs. Newly updated with blower fan and remote control thermostat. This entire family area is newly repainted.

Another larger view of the large, L-shaped downstairs area. In the back, center of the photo is a bi-fold door with a small hallway connected to the 2nd bathroom and laundry, 4th bedroom, and utility room.

Attached oversized 2-car garage with extra room on the sides for storage, etc. Wall-mounted storage cabinets and shelves. Insulated. The natural gas hook-up was previously used for a heater. This is an older photo, showing the back right corner as viewed from the overhead door.

A current photo of the garage, showing the new 100A, 120/240V electric subpanel. Just like the house, the garage has a complete electric replacement, including new outlets and lights.

Another current photo of the garage, showing a new pull-down attic ladder. Provides easy access to the garage attic only, as the house's attic is fire-walled off and accessed through the house. Suitable for light-weight storage of boxes and other items.

Only 2 blocks from Zimpro Park - plenty of playground equipment and open space for picnics, etc.

Part of the walking/bicycling trail, about 4 blocks away. This part follows the Wisconsin River, then cuts under Business 51 to "Cedar Creek" - including the Cedar Creek Mall, movie theater, Pick 'n Save, Culver's, Denny's, and many other restaurants and shopping.
