Hood, fenders, and bumper removed
Engine out
Almost everything out of the engine bay. Dash needs to be removed so that the front wiring harness can be unplugged.
Front lower control arm cleaned up. The front bushings took <5 minutes to remove. The rear bushings need to be burned off.
Control arm bolts. The right one spent 12 hours in the vibratory tumbler. Need to clean and derust the rest of the bolts and get them replated.
Control arm sway bar end link brackets. The right one spent 12 hours in the vibratory tumbler. There is still some zinc plating on the bracket and bolt

Front suspension bits zinc-tin plated and polished with corn cobs.
Just painted. Still needs to be unmasked.
Subframe Installed
Front end links were sand blasted, painted, and Energy Suspension end link bushings were installed. Talk about artwork.
Front Suspension bolted up. Freshly rebuilt and painted calipers were installed along with EBC Green Stuff pads.
KYB AGX dampers, Tanabe GF210 springs, Energy Suspension poly bushings, new OE ball joints, rebuilt 4-pot calipers, EBC Green Stuff pads, and Zinc-Tin plated fasteners. Brilliant.
