Sway Bar with 1 x 0.5in bar ends.
Center section, D-bushings, and one bar stock end bent.
Bar stock end bent to fit the shape of the trailing arm.
My sway bar is similar to this Progress Suspension design.
Bending bar ends, keeping them symmetrical wasn't very difficult.
Another shot of the the ends being bent
Plates welded onto torsion bar and drilled for 10x1.5 bolts. D-bushings bolted at the top and bent around the plate at the bottom. The ABS wires haven't been relocated, so they're just hanging there.
Fillet welding ends onto center section after chamfering the rod.
Almost done. Both ends welded. Plates need to be welded onto the ends to attach to the lower shock bolt, and ends need to be cut to length.
Sway Bar installed on the car. We were debating whether the haggard fillet welds at the ends of the rod would hold up so I ran another pass.
