WPA students and their parents raised over $1000 washing cars and selling baked goods at Lemont Express Car Wash.

WPA School Picnic

A beautiful Saturday afternoon at Lemont Park District was the setting for this year's back to school picnic. Students played wild and wacky games including Wiggle Worm, a Monster Tricycle Race, Hamster Ball, dance contests and potato sack races. Families enjoyed hot dogs provided Vienna Beef (the mini-dogs were a hit!) and ice cream sundaes provided by the parents' association.

Blessing of WPA Pilgrim Queen

Father Mike O'Connell of Our Lady of the Woods blesses the WPA Pilgrim Queen Shrine for rotation amongst White Pines families. The Pilgrim Queen stays in a White Pines family's home for three days encouraging the family rosary.
