CMAC | Cambodian Mine Action Center - we toured this center where they train people and dogs to deactivate the landmines that are all across the countryside. It is a government funded organization.

Oooh- KT cooking day! This day we made mashed potatoes (and I helped). Canned milk, butter (well fake butter, it was sort of waxy tasting), garlic, green onions and salt and pepper. They were delicious!!
ANNNND we had some FRIED CHICKEN, and onion rings and sauteed green beans. Will showed all how to butcher a chicken.
