Fiona decided that when we carved the pumpkin, she needed to protect herself with an apron. And a hat. And goggles. I'm surprised she didn't find a reason to wear a cape and flippers, too.

Halloween costume. Fiona likes the cheerleaders at the H.S. football games we've gone to, so she spent the day running around shaking her pompoms and yelling “Go TC!” We didn't know how to tell her that “TC” was nowhere to be found on this costume.

Trick or treating after dark -- best picture I could get given the light and the speed with which Asher and Fiona ran from house to house. Fiona got so much candy her basket broke. The adults tried to explain to her that that's the sign of a successful Halloween.
Turns out we can still dumpster dive in Tampa -- Fiona's school was getting rid of this easel, so we brought it home.
Having a painting station permanently set up is a definite advantage over apartment living.
