Used black Automotive striping for lines.
Tieing on the hull canvas Start in the middle.
One long string, tighten it up continously from the center out.

Bow airbag, they are essential in the Sea Flea as there are no bulkheads.

Used 3 pieces for the deck skin as it didn't seem to get tight in 2 pieces.

The bow air bag layout. The tape is to outline where the glue will go. There is a one edge on the other side to be glued as well.

Put h-66 glue on and let dry.
Position and heat into place. They are stuck.

The endcap from the keel over the nose of the deck. I cut a 1 inch strip and glued it over the staples all the way down the sides, looks very good
Floor surfing
The finishing touch, I was originally going to use wood, but the glued PVC looked better.
Grab handle detail. 1 inch webbing past through a 3/8 piece of vinyl tube with stainless screws and washers.

19 lbs with a little water in it.

A few wrinkles at the shear line. The material was the heaviest I could get as I wanted durability on the river.
