Whale Watching

It was a beautiful day out on Monterey Bay. We had a great time as we cruised out of the harbor towards Big Sur in search of Whales! We unfortunately didn't run into too many of those big boys but it sure was an amazing day out on the water all the same. We will definitely have to do this event again when the whales are in full force!

Ice Skating in Union Square

Skating in the spacious Union Square in San Francisco? If you missed out on the fun the rink will be there for awhile still. We tested out the ice, no one fell through (not that there was a lake to fall into) and we were bundled up for warmth and sharing smiles all around! Thanks to Patrick for the Photos!

Mischief Mayhem was a great success once again! From the 10 interesting tasks to the 5 different bars to all of the mayhem that we caused, this event was a blast!!! While the men proved themselves in the dance contest, the ladies proved themselves in the push up contest! A great way to turn an ordinary pub crawl into an mischievous time!!

Yosemite

UD does it again!! Our three day trip to Tuolumne Meadows was a resounding success. Three sunny days with temps in the 90's had this group of 15 in great spirits. From our much sought after and comfortable campsite at Toulumne Meadows we set out each day on an exciting adventure. Saturday found us making the 7 mile round trip to the beautiful Cathedral Lakes. Lounging, swimming, and exploring were the words of the day. Dinner was Salmon, wild rice, 10 grain medely and asparagus. Sunday we split into a lounging group and a Cloud's Rest summit group. Everyone had a great day but the Clouds Resters all agreed the hike was one of the most beautiful hikes ever. We had another great dinner with cheesecake for dessert. Monday found us rock climbing before heading home. If you missed this one, don't worry, we'll do it again next year. Avoid disappointment and sign up early.

With a hearty appetite and true Italian spirit, South Bay members celebrated Tuesday night with vibrant Italian food in an eclectic vintage setting. Bucca de Beppos was the place, and we brought the fun. We talked and laughed the night away all the while indulging in our favorite family style dishes from both Northern and Southern Italy.

Rafting Trip 2

Ok, this was some serious fun! I felt like I was back at camp... I remember 30+ people sitting in the dark on the hill trying to be quiet as we watched the meteor shower.... we were scared of the camp ground owner driving around looking for loud campers. The rafting, dancing, and campground fun was an added bonus! Sorry for all those who were unable to make it since it filled up!
