The third grade made Dirt Cups to sell so that they could raise money for a school in Haiti.
These are the students who attend L'Ecole les Gais Papillons (The Happy Butterflies School).
The first stepwhen making "Dirt Cups" is to make the pudding. You have to add milk to the pudding mix...
Next you have to stir the pudding mix briskly.
Another ingredient is cookie crumbs. So the cookies must be crushed.
The pudding and cookie crumbs have to be put into the cups.
It takes concentration to get the right amount of crumbs into each cup of pudding.
Several Upland parents volunteered their time to help supervise teams of "cooks".
