We went to Seward, south of Anchorage, to see the Mount Marathon. We hiked the mountain that the race was run on...here we are about halfway up. The first runner, leaving from the town of Seward that you can see in the background, made it to the top in 29 minutes and the race winner was back in town at the finish line in 48 min.
