Activities of the Torch Trust - Little Drops

The Little Drops program is aimed at providing poor students with basic stationary and accessories, to encourage them to go to school. This project, in its first year had 33 students benefitting, with each donor contributing 1 rupee a day, or 365 rs. a year.

Projects of The Torch Trust - Library Constructions

The Torch Trust Construscted Two libraries, on Demand, for two childrens homes in Mangalore. The Torch Trust has provided not only books, but Tables, Chairs and the environment for learning. Books are both in Kannada and English. Funds for these libraries were raised through Donation, The Christmas CD Sales and a raffle draw.

Fundraisers - Christmas CD Release - 'A Brighter Christmas'

The torch Trust released a christmas CD titled, 'A Brighter Christmas' in Dec. 2008. It was sung and recorded completely by students. The CD was sold across the country and sales went towards construction of the libraries.
