Before. If you zoom in you can see lots of little bits of gunk on my scooter.
Before. Bird poop and bug guts mostly. Understand she's got 21 year old paint on her, which isn't so perfect.
Before. On more shot where you can see oil and white blotches.
Before & After. Here you can see how the Polish definitely cleared up my reflection.
Here I polished my cowel so you could see how it increased the reflectivity of my 21 year old paint.
After the polish. I'm now going to give the degreaser a go on my wheels and greasy bits.
Another “after” shot. Did an impressive job on my paint but REALLY kicked ass on the plastic on my headset and the chrome/glass on my mirror.
After. OUCH MY EYES! And look at the plastic on my headset. Like new.
One more “after” shot before I hit the degreaser.
Oil Muck Before. I didn't get an after shot unfortunately I forgot. But the degreaser product treated it like an eraser. Came off with NO probs.
Oil under seat. Not an uncommon sight on many old Vespas.
Degreased and Polished. She hasn't looked this good since I got her.
Degreased and polished shot from a better angle.
Pipe Before degreaser. Good luck! Right?
BAM! Pipe (and a bit of the wheel) after degreaser.
Greasy rim. It's not that bad, but it's still a bit grimey.
Clean rim. I probably could have hit the cooling fins a bit better if I had a brush.
I cleaned the other side a bit too. I didnt' detail it with a fine tooth comb, but it's an improvement. Even the tire looks better.
Tadah! Lloyds WolfsHead Polish and Degreaser really cleaned up my poor old Vespa. She could probably use a coat of wax and a good buffing, but for now I'm very pleased with the outcome!
Lloyd's Formula 99 Degreaser made my 21 year old rims look pretty.
