Ah, the Zebra Zebrite...my weapon of choice. Here she is sprawled precariously on board my brand spankin' new ESV Personal Bible. I can't wait to mark'r up! For a better look at these pictures, click on the magnifying glass in the corner of the photo.
With the small typeset of the smaller bibles, the fine end of the Zebrite is perfect. It highlights just enough to make the selected text pop off the page, and yet it doesn't make a big muddled mess where it looks like some one dipped the page in yellow paint.
Here is the chiseled edge...perfect for Bibles with a larger type set. I sometimes use the tip of the chiseled point when I need a fine line.
The next 6 pictures will show the first page of Colossians combined with the page beneath it. You will see that there is no bleed through when you compare the pictures. I tried to take a bunch of photos with and without the flash to hopefully give a good rendition of what it actually looks like in real life.
