we stumbled upon a "critical mass" bike ride down state street in chicago last night - SO COOL! we stared for about 5 minutes at a steady stream of cyclists taking up the whole street - probably about 1,000 people on bikes in total.
the continuing saga of trying to mount the tv on the wall... after dropping the mounting bracket on my foot (foreground), dad continues to try to locate a stud strong enough to hold the tv (background). no such reliable mounting surface was found, and we eventually abandoned the attempt.
