Stills taken from the HD video that Anda shot of "Tango Panopticon, Chicago" on May Day in Chicago's Union Station. This tango intervention was one of 14 done that day in cities around the world as part of the first May Day Tango Panopticon. I am dancing with Anna Karassik, tanguera extraordinaire. A million and two thanks to both Anda and Anna... and to all the tangueros all around the world who joined in for Tango Panopticon!

Tango Intervention Vienna

30+ Tangueros circled Vienna's Ring Road, tango intervening in locations chosen for their connection to the original wall that the Ring Road replaced. This performance, with web and mobile phone components, was a meditation on barriers and passages. It was produced by artist Robert Lawrence as part of the 5th Annual Mobile Music Workshops.
