Northern Ghana

I took a trip up to Mole National Park. I spent one night in Kumasi with a brother in law and another night in Tamale, the largest city in the North, then one final night at the Park. It took two days to get there but the Safari was definitely worth it. Everyone in Ghana should go up at least once.

The Village Life

We went to their home village for a weekend because one of our uncles died. We saw W. Africa's biggest tree, I slaughtered a goat, attended the funeral, checked out their farm, met a ton of family and got chased by small children yelling 'obruni'.

Mt. Hood

Snow shoeing with Dad and Pat. The Ice was frozen but the views were great. Plus, I always love hiking. So, over all good day with the family. Plus we went to this small, apple picking town filled with Mexicans(i'm guessing). Half the shop signs were in Spanish and we ate in this good burrito place.

Hawthorne Chairs

Summer after senior year (of high school) Andrew, Tristan, Ty and I started an outdoor furniture business. We also had special guest appearences by Jimmy Giang(of 'Everybody Loves Jimmy'). It was successful($2,000 or $3,000 each), plus we got into the Oregonian.
