Nice picture right??? It's hard to really think they pulled all of that out of my little cheek wound!
This is a super zoom from the corner of the previous picture. To try to give perspective on how small those coils are and to show what looks like a little wire is really is spiral coil.
Again the overall metal that was removed (along with the grody blood and guts!)
Super zoom of that big blob of coils. Some of the coils expanded post removal and you can see the spiral. But those that stayed wound up just look like solid wires.
